Yes.  To track your order we provide you with an email and tracking link when your product ships.

Unframed Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

Framed & Canvas Prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner.  Additional cardboard packaging is secured over the print surface for shipping.  Each print is shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

Cushions are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item to request a return. 

The item for return must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You are responsible for the artwork until I receive it.  Therefore, please insure and track the return appropriately.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee for prints as I do not carry prints in stock, they are made to order.

Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, for example special orders or personalised items/ sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@artbyally. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please provide photographs of the damage and email to info@artbyally.co.uk

Once the claim has been approved a full refund will be made back to your paying method. The transfer will be visible within up to 10 banking days.

Unframed prints - printed on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper, produced using *giclée printing techniques.

Framed Prints - feature premium museum quality fine art paper which reproduces photography and artworks with exceptional tonality and renders sharp details with consistent flatness and accuracy.

Prints on Canvas - Images are printed on to fine art canvas (400gsm), using *giclée fine art printing process and hand finished by experienced canvas framers.  Professional artist stretcher bars are milled from the finest quality kiln-dried knotless pine. The edge finish is Image wrap. 

*Giclee printing is a high-quality, archival inkjet printing technique commonly used for reproducing fine art prints. This printing method involves using specialised inkjet printers and archival quality inks to produce quality reproductions with exceptional colour accuracy and longevity. The end result is almost indistinguishable from the original artwork.
