Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  To start a return, you can contact me at info@artbyally.co.uk  If your return is accepted, I will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Original artwork can be returned providing it is not damaged and in its original packaging. All returns must be insured to the full value of the painting as you are still responsible for it whilst in transit. Please retain proof of postage and it is recommended that the item is sent tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee for prints as I do not carry prints in stock.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale / discounted items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method 7 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
